Which information do we may collect? We may collect and process the following data about you: Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site (our site) and/or via a third party account (e.g. Facebook). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site or application, opening a host account, posting material, editing your profile, booking a meal or requesting further services, and includes but is not limited to your name, address, email address, phone number and if you are a user with meals to book (a Host), bank account or PayPal details, or if you are a user who wishes to book a meal (a Guest) and make a booking via our application, billing information. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our site or a booking. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfillment of your bookings.
Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
We may monitor, record, store and use any telephone, email or other communication with you in order to check any instructions given to us, for training purposes, for crime prevention and to improve the quality of our customer service.

All Members may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by editing the relevant part of their profile. If you would like us to cancel your Dinner Party Account, please contact us at and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation or a legitimate business reason to retain the information contained in your Dinner Party Account. Please note that, if you cancel your Dinner Party Account, any reviews you have posted via the Site and Application will remain publicly viewable via the Site and Application.

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
